In an effort to keep Yellow Sign Commercial the most current, progressive commercial firm in Vermont, we’ve added Kyla DuMont to the team!

Kyla DuMont, Yellow Sign Commercial’s new Marketing Director, will be working on shaping our online communications, via social media and alternative marketing, and traditional avenues, as well.

Kyla is going to be working in brokerage with leasing, as well.

Country Pantry Under New Management

We sold the Country Pantry Diner today. When I worked for Redstone, I had the Country Pantry listed for sale. We never sold it. We came close but the deal never happened. About 2 months ago, I left Redstone and started my own company, Yellow Sign Commercial. I traded the red sign in for a yellow one! I kept in touch with the owner of the Pantry but we mutually decided that I wouldn’t continue to market the property. A month or so goes by and one of my former customers/clients called me asking me about the Pantry and I told him that I didn’t have it listed anymore but I knew the owner. He asked me to look into it for him. So I ended up putting the deal together and within a few weeks we closed. I ended up representing the Buyers and negotiated the deal with the landlord as well. I really think it was a good deal for both the Seller and Buyer and look forward to seeing the Pantry back to the days of old when it did over $1 Million in sales.
